Ramly88 Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") are entered into between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Ramly88 ("Ramly88", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://ramly88.cam and any associated domains or mobile interfaces operated under the Ramly88 brand.

Ramly88 is operated under international licensing from a recognised offshore gambling jurisdiction. We do not represent or imply that we hold any licence issued by the Malaysian Government, Bank Negara Malaysia, or any Malaysian regulatory authority. No such licensing framework for online gambling currently exists in Malaysia. These Terms govern all aspects of your relationship with Ramly88, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonus participation, game play and use of our customer support services. To be eligible to register and maintain an active Account, you must meet all of the following criteria at all times:

• You do not currently hold another active or suspended Ramly88 Account — only one Account per person is permitted.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, director or close family member of an employee of Ramly88 or any of its affiliate entities.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or nominee of any third party.
• Your participation in gambling activities is legal under the laws and regulations applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by Ramly88 or any recognised gambling-support organisation, that would prevent you from accessing gambling services.

Ramly88 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period, or the discovery that any eligibility criterion has not been met, will entitle Ramly88 to suspend, restrict or permanently close your Account and to retain any funds that cannot be verified as legitimately deposited.

To access real-money Services, you must complete the Ramly88 registration process and provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and a valid Malaysian mobile phone number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

5.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

Ramly88 operates a mandatory KYC process. You may be required to submit copies of a government-issued identity document (such as your Malaysian MyKad or passport), proof of address and, where applicable, evidence of the payment method used. Until KYC verification is complete, withdrawal requests may be held pending review. Ramly88 conducts these checks in accordance with applicable anti-money-laundering frameworks.

5.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your password or grant access to your Account to any third party. Ramly88 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to safeguard your login details. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact our support team immediately.

5.3 One Account Policy

Each player may hold only one registered Account. If Ramly88 identifies duplicate accounts held by the same individual, all associated accounts may be merged or closed, bonuses forfeited and pending withdrawals suspended pending investigation. Players who register duplicate accounts to exploit promotional offers may be permanently excluded and may have winnings voided.

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Ramly88 processes all transactions in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported deposit and withdrawal channels may include, subject to operational availability: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB Bank, and selected cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH) and Tether (USDT). Available methods are displayed within your secure Account portal and may vary based on your location, account status and transaction history.

6.2 Minimum Deposits

The standard minimum deposit is RM30 for most local payment channels. The minimum deposit to qualify for the 288% Magnificent Welcome Bonus is RM50. Cryptocurrency deposits carry a minimum equivalent of MYR 30. Minimum amounts are subject to change and will be displayed at the point of deposit.

6.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to satisfactory KYC verification, fulfilment of any applicable wagering requirements, and standard fraud and AML checks. Indicative processing times are as follows:

6.4 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method

Ramly88 operates an "original payment method" policy where practicable. Withdrawals will, where possible, be returned to the same channel used for the corresponding deposit. If the original channel is unavailable, alternative approved withdrawal methods may be offered subject to additional verification.

6.5 Transaction Fees

Ramly88 does not currently charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank, e-wallet provider or payment processor may apply independent charges. Currency conversion fees may apply to cryptocurrency transactions. Players are responsible for understanding any third-party fees that apply to their chosen payment method.

Ramly88 offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, birthday rewards and referral bonuses. All promotions are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible, verified players aged 21 and above only.
• Each promotion may be claimed once per player, household, IP address and device, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified validity period. Incomplete wagering will result in automatic forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements are satisfied in full.

• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to coordinated betting patterns, use of multiple accounts, irregular wagering behaviour or exploitation of software errors — will result in immediate bonus forfeiture, account suspension and possible permanent exclusion.

All wagers placed on the Ramly88 Platform are subject to the rules applicable to the specific game or betting market. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the relevant rules before placing any bet. General betting conduct rules include:

• Once a wager is confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it is final and cannot be altered, cancelled or reversed by the player.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and game types. These limits are displayed within the game interface and may vary by VIP tier.
• In the event of a technical failure, disconnection or system error during a game, Ramly88 will refer to its recorded game server logs to determine the outcome. The Platform's records are the definitive source of truth for all completed transactions and game rounds.
• Ramly88 reserves the right to void or cancel any bet placed in error, resulting from a manifest pricing error, or where the integrity of the market is in doubt.
• Sports betting markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, UFC and other events — are subject to the specific rules of each sport and the event rules displayed on the Platform. Results are determined by official governing body outcomes unless stated otherwise.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Ramly88 Platform. Ramly88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account associated with any of the following activities, and to void affected bets and withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation:

• Registration or use of the Platform by any person under the age of 21.
• Opening or operating more than one Account, whether under the same or different identity details.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets or exploit game mechanics.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, glitches or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage.
• Coordinating bets with other players to guarantee a return regardless of outcome (arbitrage or hedge betting in violation of Platform rules).
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing or any other form of competition manipulation.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing or other financial crime activity.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration, KYC or any Platform process.
• Charging back or disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider after having used the associated funds on the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from any Prohibited Territory.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing any Ramly88 employee, agent or fellow player.

All content on the Ramly88 Platform — including but not limited to the Ramly88 name, logo, brand marks, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, data compilations and promotional materials — is the property of Ramly88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. You must not copy, reproduce, redistribute, publish, reverse-engineer, decompile or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express prior written consent of Ramly88.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ramly88's total aggregate liability to you in connection with the Platform and these Terms — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your Account during the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Ramly88 shall not be liable to you for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses or damages.
• Loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of opportunity or loss of goodwill.
• Losses arising from service interruptions, maintenance downtime or technical failures beyond Ramly88's reasonable control.
• Any acts or omissions of third-party payment processors, banking institutions or internet service providers.
• Losses resulting from your failure to safeguard Account credentials or from unauthorised access not attributable to Ramly88's negligence.

Ramly88 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. We recognise that a small proportion of players may develop problematic gambling behaviour, and we take steps to detect and respond to such situations. All members are encouraged to use the responsible gambling tools available within their Account settings.

Available responsible gambling measures include:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits may be set or reduced at any time. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set maximum session durations after which the Platform will prompt a break.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications reminding players of their session duration and net wagering activity.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account breaks of between 24 hours and 30 days. During a cooling-off period, access to real-money games is suspended.

Ramly88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or other financial crime.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's bank or payment provider.
• An active self-exclusion request from the Account holder.
• Regulatory, legal or compliance requirements applicable to Ramly88's operations.

Upon closure of an Account for breach, Ramly88 reserves the right to withhold any Bonus Funds and associated winnings. Verified Player Funds (real-money deposits and confirmed winnings not subject to bonus conditions) will be returned to the player via the original deposit method following the completion of any necessary investigations, subject to no legitimate claim of fraud, chargebacks or AML hold being outstanding.

You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining verified Player Funds will be returned subject to standard withdrawal processing and KYC requirements.

Ramly88 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, Ramly88 will take reasonable steps to notify active players, which may include displaying a prominent notice on the Platform or sending an email to the registered address on file.

The amended Terms will be effective from the date specified in the update notice. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date. The version of these Terms bearing the latest "Last Updated" date at the top of this page is the operative version.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ramly88 holds its international operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause prevents Ramly88 from seeking interim injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court to protect its legitimate interests. Malaysian players acknowledge that by using the Platform they are entering into an agreement governed by international licensing law, and that Malaysian courts may have limited jurisdiction over disputes relating to this Agreement.
